Let team members get straight to their tasks by pre-defining searches and pushing them to users and groups. QPS® 7 takes basic search functionality to new heights by letting you search the system and save search criteria to the server for sharing across the workgroup.

You can add conditions to refine and narrow your query, and you can perform a count to gauge the number of hits before execution. You can even display your query results in a variety of views for added clarity, including list, thumbnail, filmstrip, and hierarchical modes.

Administrators in professional publishing environments - such as newspaper, magazine, book, journal, and other environments - can define and save complex queries specific to their editorial workflows. These can be pushed to users and groups, easing the learning curve.

Corporate publishers can organize searches based on deliverables for a specific client or a single project. Once the search is set up, you can push the search to team members so they can automatically find the information related to this criteria without having to set up the same search every time.

And, of course, QPS 7 allows each user to create, save, and share their searches.
